We are proud to have developed and to maintain our own in house claims team who have extensive working knowledge of all claims types.
The aim of our claims team is to help settle claims as quickly as possible with a minimal amount of disruption to your business. We assist with all aspects of your claim including liaising with Insurers, Loss Adjusters, solicitors and other professionals.
We are proud of our ability to handle any size of incident, and our objective is to provide our clients with total support throughout the life of an insurance claim, delivering active claim file management, providing regular case upates, and where appropriate arranging onsite visits to discuss ongoing claim issues or for annual reviews.
Additionally we work with our clients on their defensive and preventative strategies, focusing on delivering a reduction in the value and frequency of claims, an approach which has seen a number of our clients minimalise the number of incidents and reduce overall insurance costs in the long term.
